Restored Foundation LLC is a shared independent housing provider serving adults throughout South Carolina who are seeking stable, affordable housing during periods of transition or changing circumstances. Housing opportunities are available for veterans, adults receiving SSI/SSDI, women seeking stable housing, select individuals reentering the community after incarceration, and young adults aging out of foster care. Homes are fully furnished and structured to support independent living while providing shared spaces that encourage respectful community living.

Residents typically begin by submitting an application, followed by a screening and placement process to help determine housing compatibility and availability. Once placed, individuals live in a structured shared home with access to essential amenities while maintaining their independence and participating in a respectful household environment.

Denise Brown Founder

Denise Brown is the founder of Restored Foundations Housing LLC. 

I started this business from a genuine place of compassion and concern for people who are trying to survive during difficult times. In today’s economy, safe and affordable housing has become out of reach for many individuals and families. Too many people are one emergency, setback, or life transition away from instability.

I believe everyone deserves a clean, safe, respectful place to live while rebuilding, transitioning, or simply trying to move forward in life. My goal is to create shared living environments that offer not just housing, but dignity, community, structure, and hope.
