- Veterans — Veterans who are able to live independently and need safe, stable, affordable housing.
- Seniors — Older adults who can live independently but may benefit from an affordable shared-housing environment.
- Adults Receiving SSI or SSDI — Individuals with a stable source of income who can live independently and meet the requirements of the home.
- Adults Experiencing Housing Instability — Individuals who are homeless, temporarily displaced, staying with family/friends, living in hotels, or at risk of losing their current housing.
- Working Adults — Individuals who are employed but struggling with rising rent, deposits, utilities, or other housing costs.
- Adults Transitioning From Shelters — Individuals who are ready to move from emergency or temporary shelter into more stable independent housing.
- Adults Transitioning From Treatment Programs — Individuals who have completed an appropriate treatment or recovery program and are capable of independent living, provided Restored Foundations Housing is not represented as a treatment or recovery facility.
- Hospital Discharge Referrals — Adults who no longer require hospital-level care and have been determined appropriate for independent living.
- Adults Aging Out of Foster Care — Young adults transitioning into independent adulthood who meet the program’s age, income, and independent-living requirements.
- Individuals Going Through Divorce or Separation — Adults who need temporary or longer-term affordable housing while rebuilding financially.
- Adults Rebuilding Their Lives After a Major Life Transition — Individuals who are capable of independent living but need an affordable and stable place while getting back on their feet.
